1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Class Reservations: All classes must be booked online through our website. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

1.2 Catering Options: If you choose to include catering services during a party, please note that we partner with a catering company and require advance notice for such arrangements.

3. Class and Event Details

3.1 Class Capacity: Seats for our classes are limited. Booking in advance is recommended to secure your spot.

3.2 Event Organization: We reserve the right to make changes to class schedules, content, or instructors as necessary. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.

4. Online Class Conduct

4.1 Behavior Guidelines: During online classes and breakout rooms, all participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor.

4.2 Foul Language: Foul language or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited. Participants who use inappropriate language or behave disruptively will be immediately removed from the class, particularly during child or family sessions.

5. Communication

5.1 Contact Information: Ensure that the contact information provided at the time of booking is accurate. We use this information to communicate important details regarding your class or event.

6. Liability and Safety

6.1 Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during classes and events. Please follow all provided instructions and guidelines.

6.2 Limitation of Liability: Lolly's Elegant Threads is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during classes or events.

7.1 Policy Updates: We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Class Cancellations:

Full Refund: Cancellations made within 4 business days of the class date will be eligible for a 100% refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made after the 4-business-day window will receive a 50% credit towards future classes or products from our shop. No cash refunds will be issued beyond this period.
No Show: Failure to attend the class without prior cancellation will result in no refund or credit.

2.2 Catering Cancellations:

Full Refund: Cancellations made within 14 business days of the scheduled event date will be eligible for a full refund of the catering portion of your booking.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made after the 14-business-day window will receive a 50% credit towards future catering services or products from our shop. No cash refunds will be issued beyond this period.
No Show: Failure to cancel within the required time frame will result in no refund or credit for the catering portion.
